I’ve never seen or heard of this walking method. But I swear it works… I’m losing weight like clockwork (half an inch per week in my waist) And more importantly, I feel more stable when I’m walking in my everyday life.. Darko has really helped me with this program!! 100% recommend it..

This was the next step I was looking for! Week 5 and I’m already more explosive and I have more strength and I look amazing. This is a great program for SERIOUS BODYBUILDERS but honestly, if you’re just starting out, this is also good because it shows you THE RIGHT TECHNIQUE for lifting and breathing! When I started our, i wasted so much time doing wrong exercises and getting no results and risking injury, so if you are NEW TO BODYBUILDING - listen to Darko and you’ll do great!
