Once the program starts, you will have me as your live coach, via our exclusive online channel, where I will provide detailed guidance every step of the way — for both trainings and nutritional aspects of the program. Timing of our dedicated online training sessions will be coordinated for a time that best suits your busy schedule. Duration of each training session will vary based on the personalized design tailored to each individual — generally 1 to 1.5 hours but can sometimes vary up or down based on specific needs of the individual.
We are in this together, which means that we both have hard work ahead of us. Through continuous transparent communication, live coaching, and lots of mutual dedication, we will work together to ensure you succeed every step of the way. My goal is to motivate you to change many of your existing bad habits and to adapt to new healthy lifestyle and way of being. After only a short couple of months, and lots of discipline and dedication to stay on course, you will achieve the body and state of mind that you always dreamed of.
